• No minimum order requirement.
• All prices are mentioned USDollars.
• All our products are handmade silver by Balinese artisants,therefore all weight and sizes shown in these pages are appoximate.
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of our handmade bali silver beads and jewelry findings,you may return the merchandise back to us within no longer than 7 days upon received.
• Give a complete reasons for the return.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the exchange/return and possible customs charges that may occur when the items is return to Indonesia.
• All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• You could choose the items on our products to make it Gold Plated coat (14k,18k,22k),and Silver Bright (no oxidized),write the code which items you interested to make it Gold Plated or Silver Bright ( no oxidized ).

Delivery / Shipping

• Order will be ship directly from bali to your address,We use FedEx,TNT,EMS post office.
• Please inform us your complete address,city,state,country,phone, postal code for the shipping purpose.
• If we cannot be ship your order,we will contact you immediately to inform the reason of the delay.
• Custom charges is buyer responsibility,we are not responsible of any customs charges/duty/tax and other related fees.
